My name is Happy Dean, from Uganda (East Africa). I came across your website and noted that you have alot of experience as far as the web is concerned.
In today’s world, i have come to realise that there is a critical need in Enterprises especially to Uganda to understand what is involved in both the front end & back end of an enterprise website. As such, i would to know how to :
1. How to determine the scope of your enterprise website
2. How to create an appropriate budget for my website design
3. what are the after support issues once a website is done
4. How much time it takes to design a website.
I will be grateful if you can help me understand these issues better.

Thank you for your compliment on my experience. To answer to your questions, I’m sorry but I design web sites, I don’t teach how to do it. What I can suggest is that you use your favorite search engine to ask these questions and click over to the related links provided on your search results page. You will find much information that way. There is quite a bit of information already on my web site related to some of your questions as well and you could also sign up for some online courses that would teach what you want to know. I hope that helps and I wish you luck on your learning adventure.
