Billing Policy

Billing Policy Last Updated: November 20, 2012

Adobe LogoI can’t stress enough the benefits and importance of your complete understanding of all policies. It is to your benefit to read and understand the Billing Policy before you register your hosting account or sign a web design contract. The policy outlines important issues that you may be faced with in the future. By reading and understanding it before you register, you’ll will be able to avoid any misunderstandings regarding payment or other issues that may arise by your not having reviewed them. We would much prefer that you do not encounter the unknown because “what you don’t know may hurt you.”

The Billing Policy is available in PDF format only. This was done in order to make it easy for you to print the document and keep it for your reference. I encourage you to do this and recommend that you check back occasionally to obtain the most current version. The billing policy itself indicates the date it was most recently updated.

In order to be fair to all clients, I must adhere to all policies regarding billing issues. If you do have a problem with a payment, please contact us immediately. I totally understand that life can throw us all unexpected curves that may alter our ability to remit in a timely fashion. It’s not my desire to make things harder for you during a time when you’re already stressed over financial matters. I much prefer to work with you to an amicable solution, than to have to take alternative and perhaps unpleasant steps which can include costly late fees, suspension or termination of your account on up to collection action, in order to remedy payment issues. I don’t like situations like this any more than you do.

Questions?

My policy follows the same guidelines as other service providers and creditors you deal with. If you have any questions, please inquire via the contact page prior to submitting your hosting registration form. It’s my goal to have satisfied customers and I’ll do whatever I reasonably can in order to achieve this for you. If you’re happy with my services, you’ll recommend them to others. If you’re not and you don’t tell me, I can’t help you!

Lucy Writes:

"Wow! Deb offers professional service, along with easy to understand answers. I am not very tech savvy, but whenever I ask questions, Deb takes the time to give me a thorough explanation that analyzes the issue, offers multiple options and gives a professional recommendation. I have felt Deb was looking out for my best interests in her guidance. She knows her stuff and then some! I can highly recommend Deb as an honest and experienced professional! She's simply a joy!" ~ Lucy Armistead
