How Pre-Payment Works

After receipt of payment your account will be set up and you will be notified of it's activation and provided with your account information. In most cases, the process is completed in less than 12 hours but we ask that you please allow up to 24 hours before contacting us if you have not received your activation notice.

Instructions for paying by check are located at our secure online payment center. If you wish to pay by check, the account activation process will be delayed until payment is received and clears our bank.

Payment Calculation

Hosting account plan fee totals to your right. The * in the fee summary charts on your right, indicates the amount for each plan that you will need to pre-pay to complete your hosting registration. You are required to remit a minium of a quarterly payment to activate your account. Any credit for pro-ration of the amount paid at this time will be adjusted on your first post-activation invoice.

For your convenience, the chart shows you totals for quarterly, semi-annual and annual payment plans and the cost to add our New Automatic BackUp Plan! For just $3.00 additional per month, you can just set it and forget it - your web site is backed up automatically at your selected interval. Just one little penny a day gives you this peace of mind!

SEO Evaluation & Service Plans

Remember that it's best to discuss web host selection with your designer before purchasing a hosting account. It's imperative that your host offers the services your web site will need for proper functionality. You may purchase your hosting service even if you don't yet have a web site ready to upload. However, we are unable to do the SEO Evaluation or any SEO work on your site unless it's live, or we have access to the ready for live site files.

SEO Plans are subsequent services performed every 8 to 12 weeks on a live web site after it's been evaluated. There is no initial cost to select an SEO Plan. Selecting your plan during the checkout process simply tells us which plan you wish your web site to follow after your site evaluation and that you guarantee payment for these services.
