Select from Daily, Weekly or Monthly backup options. This is an on-site backup feature that backs your site up directly onto the server. Restoring your site should you lose or destroy a file or should it "crash" is as simple as clicking a button in your control panel!

Add SEO to Your Account!

You will be offered the option of adding an SEO Evaluation and Search Engine Optimization Plan to your hosting account at the time of registration! If you already have a web designer, please check with him or her first, as they may provide this service themselves. If not, we can coordinate with your designer to provide this service for you.

You will be reminded to submit the SEO Plan application when you receive your evaluation invoice. Note that if you are not also a design client, we cannot put your SEO Evaluation or Plan into effect until your site is live or unless we have access to the "ready for live" site files .

Selecting Your Payment Option

The payment option you select during the registration process is how you will be invoiced and how payment will be expected unless you contact us to make other arrangements. Please note that to help cut costs, we no longer offer nor accept monthly billing plans. You will need to select quarterly, semi-annual or annual billing. A 5% discount is provided to those selecting annual billing.

We're sorry, but due to currency exchange issues we accept payment in U.S. funds only. When you pay online, PayPal will convert your payment to U.S. currency for you. If you pay by mail, you will need to do your own conversion at your financial institution prior to mailing.

PayPal no longer requires that you have an account with them in order to utilize their payment services. You can now remit directly by credit card through PayPal. If you wish, you may set up a PayPal account now but holding a PayPal account is not required in order to make your payments. The PayPal site will open in a new window. The credit cards indicated are all accepted by PayPal. eChecks are generally not a an accepted form of payment due to the delay in bank transactions. However, it is accepted on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. Please note your eCheck payment request in the comments/special needs section of the registration form and we'll contact you prior to setting up your account.

Why Must I Pre-Pay?

You can blame those that have nothing better to do than to bombard us with fraudulent account activation requests and those that have opened an account and then not paid for it. Your account will be activated after receipt of a minimum quarterly payment. Any credit due you for pro-rating the current month's service will be applied to your next billing.

The Payment Process

You will be directed to the fee summary page upon submission of your registration form. This page describes how pre-payment works and provides a chart with a summary of plan costs. From there you must proceed to the payment page to complete your payment transaction. If you do not fully complete the check-out process, we will not be able to activate your account.

Account Approval Process

When we receive your hosting request, a representative of our staff will review it. This is a necessary step to help ensure that your site does not contain any adult or otherwise potentially offensive material. You will be notified when your site is set up and available for use. Your login, initial payment invoice and other pertinent information will be sent to you once your site has been approved. In most instances, this process is completed in twelve hours or less.

If your registration is not approved, your payment will be refunded in the same format in which it was received.
